New Year’s Eve 2011

On new year’s eve 2010 to 2011 there was not much I do, because I was the type of person who does not celebrate something that is not useful.

December 31, 2010, returm from college I didn’t get to the house, but to the internet cafe, to watch the perform from of my favorite bands, L’Arc~en~Ciel. L’Arc~en~Ciel is a band from Japan, consisting of 4 people who have the kind of Japanese Pop-Rock music. December 31, 2010 is the day when L’Arc ~ en ~ Ciel performed in two shows at once, in NHK’s Kohaku Uta Gassen in the 61st television station NHK and their solo concert in order to return them from the vacuum and the new year concert, L’A Happy New Year L’Anni~ver~Sarry 20th.

NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen (Red and White Song Battle), or popular with Kohaku is New Year’s Eve music show produced by NHK Japan. This event is held once a year on the night of December 31, and was broadcast live on television and radio in Japan, as well as the international network and cable television NHK. This event was first held in 1951, and located at the NHK Hall, Tokyo since 1973. Music artists who appear divided into two teams based on gender: the red team (akagumi) and the white team (shirogumi). Members of the red team is the female singer or band with female vocalist, while the white team members consisting of male singer or band with male vocalist. Duo mixture of men and women are usually incorporated into the red team, while the singer transvestites are usually incorporated into the white team. At the NHK concert yesterday I watched from 5.30 pm watching via internet live streaming on the channel NHK. I watched 22 performances but not all, because I just wanted to see the performance from L’Arc~en~Ciel. L’Arc~en~Ciel only bring one song, the last single titled Bless. After quite satisfied and happy to see the performing of L’Arc ~ en ~ Ciel I immediately came home and just doing normal daily activities while waiting for a solo concert of L’Arc ~ en ~ Ciel in Japan at 00.00 am or 10:00 pm Indonesian time.

Finally at 10.00 pm arrived, I immediately prepared to turn on my notebook and then open the site Maverick TV, because the concert L’Arc ~ en ~ Ciel live streaming broadcast through the site. concert L’Arc ~ en ~ Ciel concert this time is their return after the vacuum two years, the anniversary concert of L’Arc ~ en ~ Ciel 20th L’Anni ~ name ~ ver Sarry 20th, and also concert new year 2011 with name L’A Happy New Year. This concert will mark them active again in 2011 and will continue to grow, as in say the leader of L’Arc ~ en ~ Ciel, Tetsuya says, “The new year is here! L’Arc ~ en ~ Ciel has turned 20!” During watching, my network connection is not too good, sometimes I can only hear his voice without being able to see the pictures but sometimes I can see the picture. But I’m still happy to see and hear them in live concerts though only via the Internet, they must have returned from a two-year vacuum.

That’s what closed the last days I was in 2010 with the joy of the return of my favorite band, L’Arc~en~Ciel. 2011 came, a lot of wishes that emerged in the year, which clearly point hopefully much better in 2011 than in 2010. Amin.
